When scheduling your first session

- Please indicate three different time slots. We will confirm one for your first session.

- Sometimes we will suggest a different time due to availability limitations of our Therapists.

- Sessions normally start on the hour, e.g. 9:00am; 10:00am etc.

Office opening hours

- Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 8:00pm

- Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm (*)

On Saturday, online sessions only.

A €25 surcharge applies

Clients can also call the center - see call button below - and schedule their first session.

(*) Our offices close on Friday at 8pm and open on Monday at 9am.

(*) We can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm.

Prepayment of sessions by Bizum, Bank Transfer and PayPal, two days prior to each appointment, is required to confirm your booking:

Counselling Madrid has a strict 2 day cancellation policy, or 24 hours for illness:
