I have Sanitas and went to one psychologist before, and it was alright, but I felt so much more understood with Elisa.
I've been seeing her since start of 2020, right before COVID began, and she did a great transition from in-person to virtual sessions, and maintained the quality of our sessions. There's a great balance between CBT and listening to what's been going on with me since our last session. She shares many techniques with me and keeps me accountable.
Over time, I've felt like I have the tools to handle different situations and gradually have been seeing her less frequently. I am very grateful for her expertise and support, I've even recommended her to my brother and now she's helping him too, and so far he's also happy with the sessions."
